Dog Training Services
At the Dogue Shop, we offer a variety of training specially designed to meet your needs. A typical consultation includes evaluation forms, a training session, a question period, and an email session summary. Because each case is different, we require as much information as possible before we meet to assess the problem, cost, and duration. We also ask that potential clients make a list of their expectations regarding the dog's desired behaviour.
Our behaviour and training approach involves a science-based approach with a specific inclination towards the human-animal bond. Our goal is to teach you how to achieve your desired objectives and improve your relationship in the least amount of time possible. At the Dogue Shop, we believe enrichment and mental activities are the foundations of a successful behaviour modification program, which is achieved via relationship-building activities. Yes, even domestic animals require mental stimulation in order to be physically and mentally happy.

Dog Aggression Training
Gaby Dufresne-Cyr specializes in dog aggression; therefore, all cases involving aggressive behaviours will be conducted by her. Gaby's years of experience working with domestic and exotic canids offers a safe and judgment-free environment for all involved.
The Dogue Shop takes great care in the dogs that come through its doors, as such, we prepare the teaching room before and after each visit in order to avoid heighten responses from dogs coming in and out. This includes cleaning, venting, and deodorizing with an alcohol burning lamp to neutralize smells.
Training, medicating, rehoming, and euthanasia are often part of aggression cases. It is important to note that aggression cases often come with tough decisions; consequently, children under sixteen will not be permitted during such cases.
For all emergencies, please e-mail or text DOG BITE at 514-814-4094 Gaby will return your call as soon as she can. In the meantime, you can download the following forms to get the ball rolling.
* The cost of aggression cases will be paid in full before each session. Rescheduling without a financial loss will only be possible if a 48h notice was given.
